AURIGA Real Estate advises the sale of 3 industrial buildings in Madrid, Toledo and the Corredor del Henares.

AURIGA Real Estate has recently advised the sale of three industrial buildings to various Private Investors. At the end of last semester he advised on profitability the sale of an industrial warehouse in San Fernando de Henares of 627 m2. of surface and a height of 8 m. with prefabricated concrete structure, in the heart of the Corridor next to the Airport to an investor who acquired it and leased it to a long-term tenant of the area dedicated to the construction and hotel maintenance services. On the other hand, I advise another investor who acquired an industrial warehouse of almost 400 m2. Surface in Toledo capital, in the Polígono Santa Maria de Benquerenecia, in a closed polygon with surveillance, which I also rent along with the sale to a local company with a long-term contract. Finally, AURIGA Real Estate has advised a developer and investor in Andalusia in the purchase of several assets for adjacent industrial and tertiary uses, with an area of  almost 700 m2. in the district of Carabanchel (Madrid capital) next to the Gomez Ulla Hospital, which will develop a promotion of storage rooms.
