AURIGA Real Estate assists KTESIOS Socimi in its IPO, invited by its Chairman.

The company is listed on BME Growth with a market capitalization above 20.4 million euros.

This Thursday, March 4, Ktesios Socimi today celebrated its incorporation into BME Growth of BME MTF Equity with a revaluation of its securities of 0.71% compared to the initial starting price, set at 14 euros per share.

AURIGA Real Estate has attended the event, personally invited by its President Henry Gallego and Luis Martin-Guirado (Director of RKS Asset Management, manager of the SOCIMI), accompanying some friends and colleagues from the sector in one of the most important key moments in the history of the company.

Ktesios Socimi seeks to develop its growth and continue implementing its strategic plan to identify and bet on investment opportunities in affordable rental housing in non-prime populations that have a favorable microeconomy and a wide potential for appreciation.

At 12 noon on Thursday, May 4, the president of the company, Henry Gallego, has made the traditional bell ringing at the Palacio de la Bolsa de Madrid. The quotation of securities has been carried out through the dual-listing procedure , in which the shares are listed simultaneously on two different markets, BME Growth and Euronext in Lisbon.

 

Before the key moment arrived for Gallego and, above all, for the Socimi of which he is CEO and Chairman, Jesús González Nieto-Márquez, director of BME Growth, wanted to remind the attendees that "since the creation of the figure of the socimis ten years ago,   Not only have they evolved favorably, but they have become a dynamic element of the real estate market, facilitating access to the continuous to small investors". González added, before giving way to the traditional bell ringing by Henry Gallego, that "five of the fifteen companies that joined BME Growth last year were socimis, and two of the three that have done so so far in 2023 are also socimis".

For his part, the Chairman of Ktesios Socimi stated that "we are very proud of our project and the potential it has, both from a social and economic point of view.  During the last years, we have managed to become a benchmark of our activity and advance with our strategic plan at a good pace, more, taking into account the situation of economic uncertainty in which we find ourselves. Today we have taken a new step forward and I have no doubt that, together with the excellent team that forms Ktesios SOCIMI, we will meet our objectives".

 

This operation will help Ktesios SOCIMI to become the catalyst for small REITs in the country and continue with its organic strategic plan while continuing to address the growing need for affordable rental properties in non-prime areas of Spain.
