AURIGA Real Estate attends SIMA 2024 (Madrid Real Estate Show), in its 25th edition.

AURIGA Real Estate present at the Madrid Real Estate Exhibition (SIMA). Once again this year, we attend the main event in the real estate sector. This year the Fair has been inaugurated by His Excellency the Mayor of Madrid, Mr. José Luis Martínez-Almeida y Navasques, together with the Delegate for Urban Planning, Environment and Mobility, Borja Carabante, and the Delegate for Housing Policies and President of the Municipal Housing and Land Company of Madrid (EMVS Madrid), Álvaro González, the stand of the Madrid City Council, which provides information on municipal services and activity in this sector. The Mayor has assured that Madrid has become "a land of opportunities for the real estate and housing sector", thanks, in part, to the work carried out by the Madrid City Council to unblock various developments "such as those in the southeast, Madrid Nuevo Norte and Operation Camp", of which he is confident that in October there will be "initial approval by the City Council in collaboration with the Ministry of Housing".

The mayor insisted that the City Council and the Community of Madrid will continue to collaborate with the urban and real estate sector to "generate the best regulatory and legislative conditions, the best conditions of legal certainty and the best conditions of fiscal competitiveness" to respond to what he considers to be "the highest priority we have" and to do so through "the generation of affordable housing".

Once again present at this important event in the sector, maintaining links and relationships with the most important developers, investors and real estate managers at a national level
