AURIGA Real Estate has attended the conference "AFFORDABLE HOUSING: Seeking solutions to the residential future", organized by El Confidencial, and sponsored by AEDAS HOMES, HIPOGES and VALDECARROS among others, in which Nacho Cardero (Director of El Confidencial) has presented the Forum. After him, an explicit and clear presentation by María Abascal (General Director of AEB) on the needs of the market, who was followed by Jorge Rodrigo Domínguez (Minister of Housing, Transport and Infrastructure of the CAM) in an institutional presentation.

Subsequently, several round tables were discussed on Investment and its attraction, with the participation of members of HIPOGES, APCE and Q-LIVING, as well as Concha Osacar (Partner and Founder of AZORA) and another table on public-private collaboration in real estate development and affordable housing with executives from companies such as AEDAS, GRUPO SALAS, SOGEVISO; VALDECARROS COMPENSATION BOARD AND THE GENERALITAT VALENCIANA, organized by El Confidencial.

The shortage of supply, mainly land, the increase in costs of both land and construction, the main variables of the final price of housing, as well as the financial and tax cost that is fundamentally applied to the main variables, has been highlighted as problems for the development of affordable housing, which is increased and passed on to the end customer.
