New health opening in Las Tablas advised by AURIGA Real Estate, of a comprehensive health center.

Since the last quarter of 2024, Las Tablas has had a new health opening of a Comprehensive Health Center, mainly aimed at neuropediatrics, neurodevelopment and child, adolescent and adult psychology, located at Avenida Sierra de Atapuerca 6 in Las Tablas (Madrid). It is a center located in a commercial premises that was empty of 150 m2.  and an imposing 5-metre façade of which AURIGA Real Estate advised on the sale to a private investor, along with the subsequent opening of this new health centre.
