Valdebebas has a new Pharmacy. An operation advised by AURIGA Real Estate.

AURIGA Real Estate advises on the sale of commercial premises to a holding company that acquired the asset at the end of 2021 from CP Pinilla, developer of the Montesalvia building. The premises, located on the corner of Manuel Fraga Iribarne Avenue and Secundino Zuazo Avenue, with direct access from the street, will house a Pharmacy. The buyer is a professional in the field of health and health who will use the premises for his professional activity with the opening of a new Pharmacy.
